Downward Dog for a Cause

Join us for a serene Yin Yoga experience with sound bowls, designed to nurture your mental well-being while supporting a great cause. This class combines gentle, restorative poses with the healing vibrations of sound therapy, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and mindfulness. Proceeds to benefit the Revelstoke Humane Society and the RIH Community Sponsorship Program. Unwind, connect, and make a difference for yourself, our local animals, and community members in need of local health care services.

When: Mondays @ 7pm, starting February 3rd, 2025

*no classes February 24th and March 3rd

Where: Revelstoke Integrative Health

Class length: 75 minutes (55 minutes of yoga + 20 minutes of sound healing)

Price: $25 drop in, $110 for 5 class pass, $200 for 10 class pass
