Anne Keller

Anne brings a large toolkit to her passion as a Melt Method instructor and fascial mobilization professional.  Her practice is foundationally informed by an associate in science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.  Many years of living and working as a Mountaineering and Ski Guide have added an empirical understanding of the body to her formal education.  Anne is fortunate to have worked with high level athletes in outpatient orthopedics as well as with the elderly in more recent years.  She is thrilled to be involved in the current renaissance of neuro-myofascial  understanding, and is delighted to share how the latest research is revolutionizing how we treat the body holistically rather than as a conglomerate of separate issues.

The new evidence-based fascial science is a game changer for anyone who is interested in maximizing function at any age.  The fascia truly is the mycelium of the body. In addition to being a structural tissue, it is now proven to be the linkage between neurological, endocrine, lymphatic, and energetic systems.  Anne loves to share her enthusiasm for the magic of fascial healing.

In addition to her AS-PTA degree, Anne holds a BA in Environmental Studies, is a certified Pilates mat instructor, a Brain Longevity Specialist, and a Reiki practitioner.
